It’s just because many of us have become so enrooted in our daily busy life, that we rarely give importance to our health. So let’s begin by asking some questions, what is the most important part of our body, which enables us to reason out things, and perceive this world? I think you all must have got the answer, ‘human brain’.

We will have medicines in our hands, but still, forget to eat it. Don’t you remember your childhood memories, where we used to enter our rooms but we usually forget our main purpose of entering that room? The human brain is quite a complex thing, the more we try to understand it, the more it gets complicated.

Do you remember the days, when we used to spend our precious childhood days with our grandparents, sitting in an orchard and listening to their long tales about their strength, how they used to play and their stories about the ghost were unforgettable and irreplaceable? Surprisingly even I was not planning to tell my anecdote, but sometimes, revisiting one’s past is the greatest healer during an adverse situation, especially when you are left with no options.

Now let us try to look at the other dimensions of it. We, students, have a general tendency of not waking up early in the morning, so what do you do to wake up early? To be frank, I prefer to have a cup of coffee or tea, because I believe they are the best medicines that one should go for. But surprisingly, as I was searching many facts for writing this article, I came across one interesting fact, which stated, not coffee, but eating an apple is much more efficient in waking you up than a coffee. Even though I was not able to digest this fact, I tried to probe deeper and deeper, and then I got some information about it.
