Bloomsdale variety of spinach is a large, spreading spinach with meaty and dark-green leaves with a rich, nutty flavour. It offers a continuous bonanza and is slow to bolt. For the first crop, it is recommended to sow in spring and can be planted again in late summer. In areas with mild winters, fall plantings yield in early spring.


Regiment variety of spinach is a fast-growing, long-lasting, vigorous, and is bolt-resistant. It is perfect to have in the garden from early spring through the fall. It is a beautiful variety of spinach, with thick, slightly triangular and glistening dark green leaves that grow upright.

Indian Summer
